There is a new development coming to San Pablo north. Currently ordinance 2017-0193 seeks to rezone 21.85 acres of vacant, undeveloped land for the purpose of developing residential lots. The parcel is located on Pablo Point Drive between Picarsa Drive in Pablo Point and Shipwatch Drive in Queens Harbour. As this rezoning is still in process, we are closely following the Land Use and Zoning (LUZ) and City Council meetings for the latest status.
